Terms of Service

By creating an account or using DNAChain you agree to these Terms. If you are using DNAChain on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

DNAChain provides chain-of-custody and consent management software. We may update features, improve security, or change interfaces from time to time. We will not materially reduce functionality of a paid plan during your active billing period without notice.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Free plans may be rate-limited.

We treat your customer data as confidential and process it according to our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. Hashes anchored on a public blockchain are not personally identifiable.

Don't use DNAChain to break the law, infringe rights, attack the service, or upload data unrelated to lawful research, clinical, or industrial workflows.

DNAChain is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' notice to cure. We may suspend access immediately for security or legal reasons. You may export your data before termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
